Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains how you can return a product and how refunds work.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason, under Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014.

To exercise this right, please send us an email at hello@foilbound.eu with your order number and the products you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form, which we will send you on request.

Product condition

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with the packaging and the factory seal intact. For sealed trading card products, opening the packaging takes away a large part of their value. If the product is returned opened or with signs of handling beyond what is needed to check what you bought, we may reduce the refund by the amount corresponding to that loss in value, as the law allows.

Return shipping

After contacting us, please send the product to Rua da República, lote 244, 2865-631 Fernão Ferro, Portugal within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or does not match what you ordered. We recommend a tracked, well-protected shipment.

Refund

We refund the price of the products and the shipping costs you paid on the order (up to the cost of the cheapest shipping option we offer) within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you.

Damaged or defective product

If your order arrives damaged, do not open the product and contact us at hello@foilbound.eu within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos of the shipping packaging and of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, including shipping costs.

Products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021.

Pre-orders

For pre-order products, the 14-day period starts on the day you receive the product. You can also cancel a pre-order before it ships, with a full refund.
